The coach

It debriefs you, then adjusts the plan.

After every session the coach asks how it went. "Knees felt off today" becomes a note in its memory — and a change in next week's program. It remembers your constraints so you don't have to keep explaining them.

Coach

Box squat and RDL are pattern rebuilds — start at the prescribed weight and focus entirely on form. Everything else, push to RPE 8. You hit 115kg × 13 at RIR 1–2 last week — hold the weight and chase 15 before we progress.
